Southern Crafted Construction

THE Southern Crafted Commitment

Build Confident

We believe you should always feel confident about the people you hire and the work being done on your property. That’s why we provide clear explanations, honest recommendations, and straightforward pricing before any work begins. Our teams follow proven processes, communicate throughout the project, and focus on doing the job right the first time.

Build Local

Southern Crafted is rooted in the communities we serve. We live here, work here, and support local suppliers, trades, and partners whenever possible. Because we’re local, we understand how homes and businesses are built in this region, what they go through, and how to serve them best—and we stand behind our work long after the project is complete.

Build Southern Crafted

“Southern Crafted” is our promise that the details matter. From how we show up on-site and respect your space, to the materials we recommend and the way we finish each project, we hold ourselves to a higher standard. Every job, whether construction, roofing, or plumbing is an opportunity to earn your trust and build something that reflects the pride we take in our name.

Build Confident. Build Local. Build Southern Crafted.

About Us

Southern Crafted is a family of trade professionals—Construction, Roofing, and Plumbing—working together to craft spaces that last a lifetime. We believe homes and businesses should be built with care, maintained with intention, and improved with the same level of pride we’d put into our own properties.

Rooted in our local communities, we combine skilled craftsmanship with straightforward communication. Whether it’s a high-end remodel, a new roof, or essential plumbing work, each project is handled by teams who understand the details, respect your space, and stand behind their work long after the job is done.

As a family of companies, we’re able to see the whole picture of your home or building—from the structure and finishes, to the systems and protection overhead. That means better coordination, fewer surprises, and results that feel cohesive, solid, and thoughtfully built.

At Southern Crafted, our promise is simple:
Build Confident. Build Local. Build Southern Crafted.

We are highly impressed with their business integrity, timeliness in project completion, and value for the high quality of workmanship. They give options for materials and are mindful of their client's budget concerns. We have a sense of peace and confidence when we hire this company. Our highest recommendation!

They added on a whole top story of our historical home downtown and it looks amazing. Everyone always asks”who did this work” and I happily reply to use Luke’s team. So dependable and so respectful and friendly and they show up on time. I would use them for any job I have in the future. Just call them and you will be impressed.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. From start to finish, Southern Crafted Construction was a dream to deal with. We had inquired with another roofing company, regarding several rental properties, but it wasn't until we talked to Chris Thompson that we finally understood the true meaning of a great roofing company! The crew arrived on time, took care of our properties, like their own and put-on brand-new roofs at a great price! If you need a new roof, please do not hesitate to call Southern Crafted Construction! They are A+++!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My husband and I have had the pleasure of knowing everyone in SCC for over 3 years. In 2022 they redid our 1960s bathroom and this past October they just redid our kitchen. In between the big renovations they have always come to our rescue over the years- roof leak, support beam repairs, roof checks, random questions about house problems. Luke has always worked with us to get to a place of what we want, what we can afford, and what him and his team can do. We would 100% recommend SCC for any project big or small!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Chris and his team replaced our 20 year old roof and we could not be more pleased. They notified us ahead of time when they would be there, tore off and replaced the roof and the clean up was amazing. Very efficient and thorough and Chris even touched base afterwards to make sure we were happy. I highly recommend them and their expertise in roof replacement.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Luke and his crew did a great job repairing our bathroom floor that was water damaged. Replaced the flooring, installed new toilet and vanity. Also very quick to resolve an issue with toilet leaking after install - turned out to be issue with the toilet and not the install of it. Respectful crew of people, efficient and cleaned up well after themselves would recommend this company to others.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Luke and his crew recently completed a downstairs renovation for us and we are so happy with the results! They had to remove the old flooring (which included ceramic tile and glued down wood floors), demolished the half bathroom and removed the kitchen island. They installed LVP throughout the downstairs and ceramic tile in the bathroom. They also installed new baseboards, the kitchen island cabinets, removed the old pantry doors and raised the opening to install new cabinets, added paneling in the dining room and half bathroom, updated electrical in the kitchen (which included under cabinet lighting), installed new lights and painted as well. Marty and Sam were the main crew members at our house (shout out to Austin, Brooks and Nate as well!) and they were always professional, punctual, friendly, listened to any concerns/questions and made sure we were happy with the results. We highly recommend them!
